ECU Tuner provides professional ECU remapping and performance tuning services for vehicles. Our services are provided on an "as-is" basis and may be subject to availability and vehicle compatibility checks.

2. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate vehicle information
• Ensure they own or have permission to modify the vehicle
• Comply with all local laws and regulations
• Use services only for legal purposes

3. No Responsibility & Assumption of Risk

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that any vehicle modification carries inherent risks. You accept full responsibility for your vehicle and its operation before, during, and after any service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ECU Tuner accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss, damage, or issues arising from or related to the services performed, including but not limited to engine, drivetrain, turbocharger, emissions systems, electronics, or any consequential losses.

4. Legal Compliance & Vehicle Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any modifications comply with applicable laws, emissions rules, insurance requirements, and manufacturer warranty conditions in your region. We do not guarantee road legality, warranty status, or insurer acceptance of any modification.

5. Limitation of Liability

ECU Tuner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of our services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

6. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel bookings up to 24 hours before the scheduled service for a full refund of any deposit or upfront payment made. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.

7. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, and cash. Prices are subject to change without notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All ECU mapping files, tuning software, and related materials are proprietary to ECU Tuner and protected by copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
