ECU Tuner provides professional ECU remapping and performance tuning services for vehicles. Our services are provided on an "as-is" basis and may be subject to availability and vehicle compatibility checks.

2. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate vehicle information
• Ensure they own or have permission to modify the vehicle
• Comply with all local laws and regulations
• Use services only for legal purposes

3. Warranty Disclaimer

While we provide comprehensive warranty on our tuning work, we do not guarantee specific performance results. Actual gains depend on vehicle condition, maintenance, and driving habits.

4. Limitation of Liability

ECU Tuner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of our services.

5. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel bookings up to 48 hours before the scheduled service for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, and cash. Prices are subject to change without notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All ECU mapping files, tuning software, and related materials are proprietary to ECU Tuner and protected by copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
